Welcome - This is me!

As part of my coaching practise, I help clients to see the outcome or the future and work backwards. By exploring the position of success, the goal becomes WHEN it’s achieved rather than IF it’s achieved. It unlocks the impossible and breaks the limits that we’ve imposed on ourselves.

I have a vision of a world without judgement. I chose to live in this world and seek to inspire those around me to join in and level-up their life.

For me, my journey to becoming a coach started back in 2013 when I first hired one, a coach. I look back at my life and see how truly transformative it was.

As I look back at my immediate past, I can say without doubt that 2018 was an interesting year for me.

I had a baby, suffered post natal depression and by the time I went back to work I realised that I simply wasn’t my usual self. I suffered, well actually I continue to suffer, from general anxiety about the environmental position of the world. It creeps up on me over my morning coffee, whilst I’m mid stride in a presentation or even when I’m on the loo. I’m plagued with these feelings of planet toxicity and the problem that we’re facing today is so massive that how can I, a single person, make an impact?!

Surely those that can make significant changes to the world are those in big companies, fossil fuels… right? I believe this to be wrong. I believe that the world will be saved by millions of people changing the small things. But where does the average joe start?

There is then the added frustration of how this will show up at work? How can I manage that?

This blog is my experiences and journey that I take. I’ll try and alternate between COACHING and a GREEN UPDATE.

I’ll include articles and short reads to help you bridge your gap potential.

I’ll be talking about my ambitions to a plastic free lifestyle - from my fanny to face, I’m going to explore the options that I have taken and share in my success, and we can laugh at my failures together. Hopefully.

I encourage you to post comments about the hurdles that you’re facing on your plastic free journey, and I'll see what I can work out.

If there is something that you would like me to talk about, send me a message. I’d love to talk things that are relevant to you.
